Had a real good stay for a family vacation, would definitely go again. The hotel was huge, and the meals were great, I liked the best possible location close to the city centre and a quaint pond and deep forest. The staff were helpful and particularly helpful, as I could only expect;)))
Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were very unhelpful.

The single rooms at Laponia Hotell & Konferens are absolutely amazing! They have a cozy and rustic feel, with beautiful wooden bed canopies that remind you of the northern nature. As a guest with children, I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere of the rooms. It made us feel right at home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the reserved rooms if you arrive late feature. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The breakfast was delicious with homemade pancakes, and the restaurant had a great view of the lake. The steak dinner for my kids was cooked perfectly. The room was spacious with a personal sauna, and the staff was very helpful. The swimming pool/relaxing area was very nice. The hotel had many other facilities and plenty of room to relax. The free wi-fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception were convenient. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The restaurant had a wide selection of food and a separate dining area. The welcome drink and snack bar were a nice touch. The fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and spa lounge were fantastic. The laundry service was handy. The flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus. The lift made it easy to access different parts of the hotel. The electric kettle and cookware/kitchen utensils were useful. The business center was convenient for any work needs. The ski equipment hire and ski storage came in handy for our winter trip. The table tennis and billiard tables provided entertainment. The hiking, cycling, and golf course nearby were great for outdoor activities. The game room and children's play area were a hit with my kids. The children's menu and board games kept them entertained. The hotel had non-smoking rooms and did not allow pets, which was a plus.

The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet with homemade pancakes, just perfect. the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and good internet connection. the hotel also had nice lounge areas with a pool table where we could unwind.
The hotel was quite far from the center of town, and the restaurant was across a busy street. It was apparent that the hotel caters to groups arriving by buses, and the restaurant struggled to handle the influx of diners.

During Easter, we stayed at a hotel in northern Sweden, and we enjoyed the beautiful white mountains covered in snow. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed. We particularly liked the big shower and the clean surfaces. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, especially the homemade pancakes. We also appreciated the free parking that made it easier to move around.
The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. We got the feeling that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and there was a lot of noise in the corridor.
